tabbed word doc

i should organize these posts into categories, but i guess the tagging helps.

if this did have a category it would be under discoveries/observation and under ideas/improvements.

i have word documents that are 10 + pages of quotes or things to memorize or highlights from howstuffworks, and i wish there were tabbed categories on the side of the pages instead of having to scroll through and look for bolded headings. even in an outline, it can get looong.

Also, is there an easy way to get all the text [keeping the pages and posts from different pages together] into a format for word or something editable/savable on a computer? hmm.
